Members of Windy City Historians take a tour of Forbidden Roots BrewPub at 1746 W. Chicago Ave. The location was formerly the long shuttered Hub Theater. The new owners have done extensive renovation preserving some of what they could of the building’s previous existence, adding a good deal of charm and ambiance to the eatery.
